Grant UK has appointed two new area sales managers to its team providing customer support in the field for all of its products.
Jim Moody has been appointed as the new area sales manager for central and southern Scotland and Terry Townend is the new area sales manager for the Midlands.
Jim and Terry join Grant UK’s field-based sales team to deliver sales support to heating engineers, installers, merchants and other customers in their areas, working closely with the company’s regional sales managers and sales support engineers. As the area sales manager for central and southern Scotland, Jim will be covering the counties between the Scottish Borders and Dumfries and Galloway up to Stirling and Argyll and Bute.
Jim’s plumbing background started when he completed his apprenticeship while living in South Africa. After moving to Scotland, he worked as a plumbing and heating sub-contractor working on both new installations and repairs.
Terry’s career in the plumbing and heating industry spans 20 years during which time he has worked in the merchant sector, starting his career in boiler spares before becoming a sales supervisor at a national merchant.
