Baxi has vowed to help installers with boiler queries through the introduction of #BaxiCam.
Gas Safe engineers can submit their questions and receive video responses from the Baxi training experts.
#BaxiCam will see the Baxi team use a GoPro camera to show installers the inside of boilers and help explain what they are doing, while answering specific questions.
To submit a Baxi boiler question, installers simply can head over to the Baxi Facebook page and send the team a message or comment.
Steve Owen, national training manager at Baxi said: “Following the success of our Lockdown Learning and Burning Questions video series, we know installers really value seeing helpful video content. #BaxiCam takes this support one step further, by allowing engineers to have their specific questions answered in a way that mimics attending a Baxi training course in person. Gas Safe engineers are invited to submit their questions to us and we’ll create a bespoke #BaxiCam video, tailored to their specific query.”
