You are invited to attend the first ever event celebrating the determination and achievements of women in the plumbing and heating industry.

The Women Installers Together (WIT) Conference will celebrate your skills, staying power, and achievements with an array of knowledgeable speakers and excellent and useful training. There will also be cake and some great raffle prizes up for grabs. This includes a weekend in a luxury cabin fitted with Polypipe Underfloor Heating and a private hot tub, gorgeous women’s work jeans from US company, Moxie and Moss, and a copy of The Joy of Plumbing by Hattie Hasan, founder of Stopcocks Women Plumbers.

The WIT Conference will include an inspiring talk from Hattie and a special guest speaker will tell of their personal experience and resilience in the face of adversity.

Katie Beesley, of SLG agency, will articulate the importance of developing a strong personal brand, especially when you are one in 100, and Jazz Wilson, training manager at Polypipe, will be discussing how to deal with difficult details at work.

The event will provide the opportunity to connect with other female plumbers and gas engineers, as well to meet the supporters who have made this event possible and free to attend. During this informal networking session, there will be a chance to hear why these companies, including HPM, have chosen to support women in this industry and more about their excellent products.

Stopcocks and HPM would also like to welcome on board the latest supporter of the event – John Lewis Home Solutions. You will be invited to meet its representatives on the day and find out how to join its Recommended Installer Scheme.

The WIT Conference will be held at 9:30am-4pm on September 13, 2017 at the Hellenic Centre, 16-18 Paddington Street, London. Please arrive at 9:30am for a 10am start.
