This innovative unit merges several key plumbing components—including a stop valve, adjustable pressure reducing valve, pressure gauge, Class D water meter carrier, and double check valve—into a single, easy-to-install module. This integration streamlines the installation process in both residential and commercial settings.
Designed for flexibility, the Tenant Hub can be installed in any orientation, making it suitable for various layouts. It also features a moulded insulation cover for added durability and frost protection.
Neil Stead, national specification manager at Inta, highlights that the Hub not only makes installations quicker and simpler but also allows for the easy isolation of individual units and customisation of water flow rates, supporting both new builds and retrofits. Importantly, the Inta Tenant Hub meets stringent UK water regulations, ensuring it is a reliable choice for multi-occupancy properties.
