Manufacturer of water pumps and pump systems Wilo has appointed Duncan Reed as its strategic account director.
His new role will consist of building and developing relationships with the strategic accounts and utilising Wilo’s ability as a solution provider to work alongside these accounts.
Having spent over 10 years at Wilo in various technical and management roles, Duncan takes on this new role with a wealth of experience and extensive knowledge of the company’s products, a statement said.
Duncan added: “I am more than excited to take in this fantastic new opportunity at Wilo. The new role will allow us to create a more succinct offering by combining our world-class product and unrivalled service. Myself and my team will be focusing specifically on strategic projects within the building services market with the view to offering clients the best possible experience and outcome, ultimately building relationships that last.”
