Viessmann has appointed two new regional sales managers, who are expected to head up teams of area business managers to support installers and merchants in the sale of Viessmann’s full domestic product range.

Laurence Allison joins as Viessmann’s regional sales manager, residential and commercial, for Scotland. Based just south of Edinburgh, Laurence is a heat pump specialist with knowledge of the Scottish market. Prior to joining Viessmann, he worked at NIBE, EON and Dimplex.

Peter Spurway joins Viessmann as regional sales manager, residential, for the South of the UK. Peter worked previously at LG Electronics where he was head of external affairs and policy for heat pumps. He has also held sales management roles at Vaillant, Baxi and Strebel.

Viessmann’s sales teams report into Chris Johnson, UK director of sales. The third UK region for the residential market is covered by regional sales manager for the North, Gareth Williams.

Peter said: “It’s a very exciting time to be joining Viessmann as we continue to launch products and digital tools that see the company offering customers everything they need to generate and manage their own domestic heat and power. I’m already enjoying working with our fantastic team of Area Business Managers, who are on hand to help installers advance the energy transition.”

Laurence added: “Viessmann is well established in Scotland where it has a strong track record of providing reliable heating solutions in both the residential and commercial sectors. The company’s new and innovative heating and energy products and systems will address many of the challenges associated with Scotland’s zero emissions ambitions.

“Viessman is investing significantly in Scotland to provide strong customer contact and support in the specification, education and supply of state-of-the-art products.”
