Vaillant Group UK is restructuring and strengthening its senior management team, with the recruitment of Steve Cipriano as its new commercial director – key accounts.
Steve will be tasked with leading the relationships and negotiations for all commercial activities with wholesalers for Vaillant Group UK.
The appointment marks the implementation of a new commercial structure, which will see the existing brand specific sales teams working together on a regional basis. The teams will be responsible for delivering sales of domestic boilers for both Vaillant and Glow-worm brands.
Working alongside Steve is Spencer Clark, who has recently been promoted to commercial director – one-off sales.
