Production supervisor, Carl Faulkner, has been recognised for 25 years’ service with Salamander Pumps.

Carl entered the doors of Salamander Pumps in June 1991, as a product tester on the end of the assembly line.  Twenty-five years later, he is managing a workforce of 16 operatives and is responsible for keeping the entire production line moving, ensuring both the efficiency of the build process and quality of the end product.

Carl was presented with an engraved decanter and watch to acknowledge his longstanding dedication to Salamander Pumps, part of Davidson Holdings.

Chairman of Davidson Holdings, Geoffrey Gestetner, presented Carl with his gifts saying it was ‘an outstanding example of service and loyalty to the company during a period of significant change and growth’.
