Worcester 2000 “well received so far”

The new entry-level Worcester 2000 boiler has impressed installers and merchants, the company reported.

After a few months on the market, the leading manufacturer’s entry-level boiler has seen “healthy sales”.

Installer Luke Beard said: “From a user’s point of view, the 2000 is stylish, affordable, economical and easy to use. As an installer, it’s a great product too. Not only is it compact and light, it also has great engineering software and is highly flexible with its flue lengths and panel removal options.”

Worcester 2000 has a five-year warranty, which can be extended to six when fitted with a system filter.

Dominic Sarkar, senior category manager at Wolseley, added: “With its entry level price, the Worcester 2000 provides us with a more accessible choice when dealing with customers. The opportunity to have a high-quality heating system and aftercare support, synonymous with the Worcester Bosch brand, at a competitive price has been well received by the market so far.”
