Wilo launches new virtual customer experience

Wilo has set out to create a virtual customer experience with its new platform ‘Wilo-World’, which allows users to view products applications anytime with a central, virtual contact that offers information, experience and technical data.

The manufacturer is aiming to provide answers and customised solutions so customers can gain an in-depth virtual insight into applications.

On Wilo-World, customers can virtually experience a range of different scenarios to see how pumps, systems and solutions work.

David Williamson, sales and marketing director at Wilo UK, said: “In addition to the familiar application areas of sanitary, heating and air conditioning, Wilo-World showcases our expertise and know-how in cold water applications, which is increasingly coming into focus worldwide due to the rise of urbanisation and water shortage.

“Wilo-World features a specific ‘Housing & Living Zone’, where the focus is on water supply and wastewater disposal, but also on heating, air conditioning and cooling. All references shown are real scenarios and the installed pump systems also correspond to real installation situations.
