Online bathroom retailer Victoria Plum has launched a national bathroom design and installation service for its domestic customers.
The new service will provide customers with the option for an end-to-end experience including a free design, home surveying and the connection to professional installers accredited by The British Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom Installation (BiKBBI).
Victoria Plum head of installations Liz Lakin said: “We’ve been working on building our network of specialist bathroom installers nationally and we’re delighted to be working with BiKBBI on the delivery of our new service.
“Compliance plays a huge role in the delivery of home improvement services, so our partnership with the institute will give confidence to our customers and helps us to both manage installer documentation in accordance with legislation, as well as connect with their members as we grow further.”
