Independent plumbing merchants forced to temporarily close their doors have been offered an emergency route to market during the coronavirus crisis.
Their heating and plumbing account holders can now purchase boiler spares direct through a new arrangement set up by HRP Trade. Commission will also be passed onto the merchant involved.
Merchants supplied by HRP were being encouraged to contact their customers to promote the temporary offering, through a template letter.
“We believe by offering you this new facility, it will allow your business to continue to run as smooth as possible and allow you to service your customer with minimal disruption,” the letter said.
