Chemical water treatment and filter manufacturer, Fernox, has partnered with the online trade platform, Expert Trades, to develop and foster further close relationships with heating installers.

By partnering with Expert Trades, Fernox will be able to connect and engage with a large community of heating professionals throughout the UK. Providing a resource to communicate the latest company and product news as well as receive feedback through its popular, peer-reviewed product page, Tool Talk, teaming up with Expert Tools will allow Fernox to conduct open dialogue with heating installers.

The partnership will also enable Fernox to engage actively with its community of heating installers through the Expert Trades dashboard and app, along with providing opportunities to conduct focus groups with installers to gauge opinion on key industry issues.

Expert Trades helps trades professionals manage and cultivate their business by offering an extensive suite of tools and services including automated invoices, a CRM facility, website development, social media training and more. Enhancing tradespeople’s digital presence while reducing administration time and costs, Expert Trades offers the services and support a tradesperson needs to grow a successful business.

“At Fernox, we pride ourselves on listening to the needs of installers and this runs through every aspect of our approach from customer service to product development” said Calvin Pope, sales director at Fernox. “Expert Trades is an innovative and valuable resource for both installers and householders, and we are excited to partner with the online platform to reach and engage the community in open conversations on issues that matter to them.”
