E. Tupling makes changes to manage increased demand

E. Tupling has enhanced its service from brand and product offering to a new-look product catalogue and online ordering systems.

The improvements were driven by the company’s growing market position and evolving customer requirements.

E. Tupling has extended its opening hours, increased office, warehouse and driver teams, and purchased new delivery vehicles to meet increasing demand. The company has also invested in branded workwear and merchandise for customers and employees, is now official members of the Builders Merchants Federation (BMF) and has become a Business Patron of The Warrington Wolves Charitable Foundation.

Ross Duncanson, commercial director of E. Tupling, added: “We have created an easy three step online ordering system exclusively for our customers, which offers the choice of delivery, quotations, or the industry’s first-to-market merchant Click & Collect service.

“Our warehouse storage capacity has doubled to exceed 25,000 sq ft and we have lots more office space too. We have added six supplier brands and several additional ranges, and hundreds of new product lines from existing suppliers into our product portfolio.”
