Glow-worm’s Club Energy loyalty programme has reached a large milestone as the total number of Gas Safe registrations and Benchmark forms completed through the scheme’s app has reached 40,000.
Exclusively available to all Gas Safe registered installers, Club Energy offers its members cash rewards, free five year warranties and valuable business development tools, to help installers grow their business.
Over the years, the loyalty programme has been recognised by the industry and its members for providing engaging rewards and practical support that has a real impact on the working lives of installers. For example, the Glow-worm Plumbing Toolbox App enables installers to register product warranties and then submit Gas Safe notifications on the job, reducing the amount of admin time at the end of the day.
Following the Gas Safe step, installers can now fill in the Benchmark form on the app which automatically emails a PDF copy to customers, all demonstrating quality and industry best practice.
In addition, Club Energy members can access new business leads directly from homeowners looking for Glow-worm installers.
