Bauserv is now integrated as a key member of Exeter-based Ridgespear Group, assisting heating professionals working on large scale projects such as offices, hotels, healthcare or HMOs.
While the brand is new, Bauserv represents an evolution of the long established Tailored Heat Supplies, which has earned a reputation in the underfloor heating and renewable energy systems for the commercial sector, a statement said.
The business is structured to offer specifiers a design and manufacturing service which can respond to different projects’ individual requirements on energy saving and performance, including varying outputs, flow rates, pressure and other criteria.
Bauserv’s John Trenell, pictured, said: “It is on large-scale schemes where Bauserv comes into its own as we can design and deliver on very exacting and complex requirements from professional clients working on offices, hotels, healthcare or multi-residential builds.
