Addtech Power Solutions, a business area in the Swedish based Addtech Group, will be acquiring ESi Controls with effect from 1 April.
Niklas Stenberg, chief executive officer of Addtech Group, said: “ESi will complement and strengthen Addtech’s sustainability initiatives, with its focus on providing bespoke energy efficient controls for major national and International OEM’s as well as the building sector in UK.”
Managing director Neil Ewings joins the ESi board as executive director and former UK sales director, while Tristan James takes on the role of managing director with immediate effect.
Tristan said: “We’re delighted with the news that we are joining the Addtech Group and it’s great to know we will have the strength and expertise that the group offers, supporting us as we strive to build this business even further than we have to date.”
