Baxi has improved its training for heating engineers with a new centre in Nottingham.
Opened in partnership with New College Nottingham, the centre will be able to train more than 1,500 installers each year.
Designed using feedback from its customers, Baxi training includes hands-on sessions, insider knowledge, tips from the company’s expert trainers and professional advice on products and troubleshooting.
Topics covered include installation, servicing, commissioning and fast fault finding, making it easier for installers to develop the key skills and knowledge they need to deliver excellent customer service.
