Graham Plumbers’ Merchant has launched its brand-new transactional website, allowing customers to purchase products online either to be delivered or collected in-branch. The website currently lists thousands of products, with new items being added all the time, across more than 100 product ranges.
Open to the trade and consumers alike, the new iteration of Graham Direct is designed to improve the quality of the customer experience, ensuring users can navigate the website and find what they need easily and efficiently.
While fixed prices are allocated to all products, trade account holders are also able to access their own personal terms by setting up an online account. The accounts section also allows customers to manage their orders, details and invoices all in one place.
In addition, users can take advantage of a new stock checking function that shows product availability at a customer’s closest three branches, allowing them to plan ahead without wasting time contacting branches directly.
