Simple to Fit
Installation is simpler. The DrainMinor C is suitable for multiple ovens and a sink because the inlets for these can be cut direct into the rigid Polyethylene collecting tank. Therefore, manifolding multiple inlet connections external to the tank into a single inlet is not required making it easier and space saving! The low-level inlet height of just 70mm is designed specifically for Combi Ovens.
A true “Hot Water” Pump
The Specialist Submersible pump features a rigid external float arm with a large triangular float! This robust design ensures accurate and reliable automatic stop/start of the pump, even when the hot wastewater is greasy and contains food debris.
In addition, a Silicon Carbide mechanical shaft seal, oil chamber and inboard shaft seal ring protect the motor within the submersible pump. This arrangement is an engineered solution for leak and ingress protection of the motor windings when pumping hot wastewater with diluted cleaning chemicals and food waste debris. It ensures considerably longer product life and operating reliability over submersible pumps fitted with standard diaphragm shaft seals.
Compact and easy to maintain
The compact dimensions (380mm W x 290mm D x 322 H) of the rigid, recyclable Polyethylene collecting tank ensure that it will easily fit into most spaces. The lid covers the entire top of the tank and fits onto a captive seal. Removing the lid is quick and simple, making it easy to see into the tank and all around the pump for cleaning and to facilitate removal of any buildup of debris.
