Warrington-based pump supplier, Anchor Pumps, has announced its latest fund raising campaign for December 2014.
Throughout the month of December, for every order placed at Anchor Pumps, the business will be donating £1 to Alder Hey Children’s Charity.
December is one of the business’s busiest months at Anchor Pumps, and the business hopes that by donating £1 from every order made both online and over the phone, that a large amount of money can be raised to pass over to the Liverpool-based Children’s hospital.
Anchor Pumps is also working closely with its global manufacturers and suppliers to raise awareness for this campaign and, ultimately, raise as much money as possible for Alder Hey.
Warren Holmes, Anchor Pumps managing director, said: “Helping local charities is extremely important at Anchor Pumps. With many of the team being parents themselves, Alder Hey is one charity we really wanted to help contribute to. We hope that by donating £1 from each order throughout our busiest sales period- we can raise a considerable amount of money to help such a worthy, local cause.”
