Nick Broad has joined Waterloo Air Products the UK manufacturers of advanced air distribution and ventilation devices, in the newly created position of customer services manager.
One of Nick’s first responsibilities is to bring together the estimating and sales departments as part of Waterloo’s commitment to strengthen its customer service.
“I’ve been impressed by the level of technical expertise within both teams at Waterloo,” said Nick. “Bringing the two departments together will create one team with all the knowledge to make it quicker and easier for customers to get what they want.”
