Smith’s Fan Convectors has appointed a new chief executive officer – Ken Hale.
Ken has a proven track record in leading the development and delivery of change programmes to achieve profitable business growth. With expertise in sales, marketing and product development strategies, Ken’s knowledge will prove invaluable as Smith’s looks to continue the expansion of its product portfolio.
Before joining Smith’s, Ken was managing director at Baro Lighting – a specialist retail lighting manufacturer. In the last two decades, he has held similar senior roles within a number of organisations, mainly in the manufacture and retail sector.
