Mark Vitow appoints two new regional sales managers

Mark Vitow has hired Matt Smith as regional sales manager for the South West and Adam Hewlett as regional sales manager for London and the Home Counties.

Matt Smith is a business graduate with 11 years’ experience as a sales professional. He has experience within the plumbing and heating industry with strong credentials within the arena of merchants, key account management and demand creation.

Matt said: “I’m delighted to join Mark Vitow as the regional sales manager for the South West. It’s clear that success and consistency through quality, value and unbeatable service has merited Mark Vitow a strong reputation in the industry.

“The strategy for growth here complements a fantastic result over the last three years whereby the business has doubled in size. I’m excited to be part of these plans, it’s a great time to be on board.”

Adam Hewlett has worked in the plumbing, heating and bathrooms sector for the past seven and a half years, and is experienced in building relationships with independent merchants, buying group members and suppliers alike. His experience in sourcing and launching new brands sits well with the company’s plans to bring new products to the market.

Adam added: “I look forward to the challenge of representing Mark Vitow and contributing to their progressive and ambitious plans. I can see that they will become a force in the manufacturing and distribution market in years to come.
