Hepworth Clay has been celebrating the loyalty and dedication of five longstanding members of the team, who have collectively served the company for 210 years.

The longest serving member, Dave Jenkinson, a process improvement engineer, marks 50 years of service at Hepworth Clay, after spending a majority of his career at the company’s Hazlehead site.

In addition, Tony Turton, Clayware operations manager; Ed Orme, Forest Works manufacturing manager; Andrew Brown, maintenance engineer at Hazlehead; and Gary Williamson, maintenance engineer at Forest Works, have all completed 40 years of service each at Hepworth Clay.

The longstanding employees were personally thanked and presented with gifts by Paul MacLaurin, manufacturing director at Wavin, and Mike Shaw, head of marketing at Wavin UK and Ireland, in celebratory events held at Hepworth Clay’s Hazlehead and Forest Works sites.

While Dave, Tony and Ed are retiring, Andrew and Gary will continue to work with Hepworth Clay.
