Grant UK has announced that Lewis Barr is the company’s new area sales manager for the South East of England.
Lewis has worked for Grant UK for over a decade in the technical department. He is joining Grant UK’s external sales team, working alongside the eight other area sales managers as well as the regional sales managers, sales support engineers and renewables, spares and national sales managers.
In his role, Lewis is expected to be covering the counties of Hertfordshire, London, Surrey, Kent, West Sussex and East Sussex. In addition to providing sales support for installers and engineers in his area, Lewis is also set to be working closely with merchants and helping customers improve the efficiency and sustainability of home heating systems.
Over the coming weeks and months, Lewis is set to be visiting his local G1 Installers as well as arranging breakfast mornings and trade events with merchants, delivering product training and helping customers develop their understanding of Grant’s sustainable heating solutions.
Lewis said: “Over the years, I have seen the renewables industry grow and followed Grant’s own offering of air source heat pumps, hybrid technologies and ancillary products significantly developing as well.
“It is set to be an exciting time ahead for the heating sector and I am looking forward to working with installers, engineers, merchants and other customers, providing them with the tailored product support they need.”
