Fernox appoints new research and development chemist

Fernox has strengthened its Research and Product Tech (R&PT) team with the recent appointment of Amy Witzmann as research and development chemist.

Amy will apply her experience and extensive electrochemical skills to perform accelerated corrosion testing and contribute to ongoing chemistry R&D projects at the company, a statement said. Amy joins a growing department of technical experts based at the company’s UK headquarters in Woking.

She said: “I’m thrilled to be joining a company where scientific research and development is at its core. Fernox impressed me with its commitment to the development of innovative, energy efficient products both for traditional and renewable technology in domestic and commercial applications – and I am excited to be part of a fantastic and ambitious team.”
