Daikin UK has appointed Martyn Ford as national sales manager for domestic and renewable heating.
Having worked at Daikin UK for nearly ten years, his new role will see him focus on delivering the UK sales strategy through the installer and specification channels.
Before joining Daikin UK, Martyn spent 12 years at heating manufacturer Valliant, including a two-year period as a divisional manager.
He joined Daikin UK in 2008 as a sales engineer for the south west region. In 2014, his role expanded as a sales co-ordinator with the responsibility for specification and contract sale, as well as managing heating for the south west as a specification consultant.
Martyn said: “I’m excited to be taking on my new role and sharing vital and valuable experience gained from both sales and specification roles. With Daikin UK focused on meeting the demands of an evolving heating market with innovative technology, I’m really looking forward to delivering the sales strategy with our sales team.”
