ADEY Professional Heating Solutions has announced expansion plans and bolstered its board of directors to deliver continuing growth in the UK and Europe.
Kelvin Stevens will take on the role of chief executive, while incoming John Vaughan steps into the managing director’s role. He vacates from his position as national sales director at merchant, PTS, where he has been for nine years; prior to that, he was at Plumb and Parts Center for over 20 years.
In a further high level appointment, ADEY has brought in Dean Brown as finance director, who has heating industry experience in similar roles, including 17 years with BSS and Travis Perkins groups.
ADEY’s in-house lawyer, Edward Davies, who has served in a non-executive director capacity and been involved with the business since its inauguration 11 years ago, becomes chairman.
