Wolseley launches click and collect service

Wolseley Plumb & Parts has launched its new click and collect service which makes thousands of the industry’s most used heating spares available within 60 minutes from ordering.

Wolseley Plumb & Parts branches nationwide will now offer over 600,000 individual heating spare parts available as part of its click and collect service from branches, while a further 300,000 are available for next day collection.

Installers can also take advantage of fast lane queues and new collection points at Wolseley’s 450 branches.

Commenting on the development, Richard Beeley, parts specialist at Wolseley Plumb & Parts, said: “As we approach peak season for boiler breakdowns and repairs, we’re delighted to launch our click and collect service across the Wolseley Plumb & Parts branch network.

“We understand how frustrating it can be when our customers can’t get the right part for the job or spend longer than needed waiting in branch. Designed to ensure installers spend less time waiting and more time working, our customers can place an order, collect from branch and be back on the road to the job in under an hour.”
