Vokèra, part of Riello, has launched a suite of training videos to support installers working with its Pinnacle boiler range.
The videos are available on Vokèra’s official YouTube channel and are presented by technical trainer David Iszchak.
The ‘how to’ tutorials cover key stages of installation, set-up and user features. The series includes 15 videos, which focus on topics such as gas type conversion, range rating, pump cycle adjustment and condensate record settings.
A key feature of the Pinnacle range is its 1:13 modulation ratio. Vokèra stated this enables the boiler to match output to demand, reduce cycling, lower energy consumption, and maintain more consistent indoor temperatures. Soft-start ramping logic further supports performance by beginning operation at a lower output, it noted, gradually increasing with demand. The company added that this reduces strain on components, prevents temperature overshoot and maintains stable performance, ideally suited to typical UK heating patterns.
Active Combustion Control (ACC) uses adaptive electronic combustion technology. According to Vokèra, this ensures consistent, efficient operation by automatically adjusting the air-to-gas ratio, even where gas quality may vary. The boiler is supplied ready for natural gas and can be converted to LPG by the ACC system without coding or conversion kits, supported with a video tutorial.
The Pinnacle features hydraulic connections with a universal (DIN) layout, to enable straightforward replacement with standardised connections. The company noted that this supports faster installs and consistent first-fix alignment even in restricted spaces, due to the compact design. A built-in seven day screed drying programme supports safe, controlled drying of newly laid floors during commissioning, it added.
Vokèra said a colour, touch-screen interface with icon-led navigation simplifies installation and handover. It also offers a guided tour of the features on-screen. Preheat options, date and time setting and selecting one of 12 European languages for display, can all be configured at the time of installation, with tutorial videos available.
Additional installer and user-friendly features include a built-in filling loop for easy system pressurisation. This allows homeowners to top up system pressure. For added safety, Pinnacle boilers include CO monitoring with automatic shutdown, alongside a Domestic Hot Water (DHW) temperature lock which reduces the risk of scalding and prevents accidental adjustment.
Combi models deliver domestic hot water (DHW) flow rates at a 35°C rise (10.2 / 12.3 / 14.3 l/min, depending on model), supported by a newly engineered plate heat exchanger designed for consistent performance. The Pinnacle range is backed by a 12-year warranty, reflecting Vokèra’s confidence in the product.
