Shower manufacturer Triton has launched a new initiative to provide virtual guidance when needed most.
The company has collected a series of Installer Head Cam step-by-step videos, aimed at supporting installers with some of the common technical issues usually covered in Triton’s training sessions.
The demonstrations provide a hands-on view, using a head camera to capture the troubleshooting process from the tradesperson’s point of view, making them easy to follow.
The clips available on Triton’s YouTube channel cover a range of topics. Meaning, whether at home in the evening, on a job throughout the day or during a lunch break, tradespeople can easily access the tools they require to complete the task at hand.
Martyn Brown, head of technical at Triton, said: “Triton is dedicated to helping installers provide their customers with the best service possible. To do this, we wanted to expand our offering online to create engaging, easy-to-follow content.
“These videos clearly show and explain how to carry out the checks required to ensure any shower is in working order, giving installers the opportunity to upskill from the comfort of their own home.”
