
The IPG has appointed Paul Hetherington to its Board of Directors.
According to the membership group, Paul is a respected leader known for his strategic vision, digital innovation and a career spanning government, construction, manufacturing and merchanting.
The IPG added that his appointment further strengthens its collaboration through the Independent Alliance, a joint marketing initiative between The IPG and IBC. The initiative promotes and supports the success of independent businesses, it noted.
Paul’s experience includes senior leadership roles such as CEO of Marshall Tufflex and a non-executive director at the Builders Merchants Federation (BMF). He currently serves as founder and chair of HIS and non-executive chair of Offshore Solar. Additionally, he is non-executive chair of IBC Group, board member of the Industrial Development Advisory Board (IDAB) and non-executive director at BRE Group.
