Stiebel Eltron is celebrating 15 years in the UK by committing to further growth in 2023 which the company believes is set to help boost Britain’s heat pump market. The company was established in the UK in 2008 in Bromborough, Wirral.
Stiebel Eltron UK held a party at its headquarters for employees , while also recognising the relationships it has built over the years by issuing gift hampers to installers with which the company has long-term partnerships with.
Now in its 15th year, the company is aiming to further grow its presence in the market, with 2023 representing a huge cause for optimism, according to Mark McManus, Stiebel Eltron’s managing director.
In November last year, Stiebel Eltron UK invested £350,000 into a new training facility to help inspire and develop the next generation of installers.
In the year ahead it now intends to invest in its scheme further to ensure a constant stream of well-equipped installers are entering the market who are empowered with working knowledge of the latest heat pump technology.
This year the company received certification as A Great Place to Work, achieving a 94% Trust Score after its employees citied the company’s commitment to fairness, pride, and ethics during an anonymous survey.
Stiebel Eltron UK was established by Mark MacManus and Stiebel Eltron UK technical director John Felgate, both of whom highlighted the role of the company’s employees in driving the business forward.
John said: “We have a lot of fond memories since we set up in the UK and looking forward to many more. There is a fantastic culture at Stiebel Eltron and this is vital to ensuring the business goes from strength to strength.
“We have a lot of exciting plans ahead of us, one which we are particularly looking forward to is helping to develop fully qualified installers so they have all the tools and knowledge available to them to meet any industry challenge head on.”
Mark added: “Reaching 15 years in a competitive market is no mean feat. This is down to our employees who work tirelessly to ensure every aspect of the business flourishes. Simply put, the success we have enjoyed since setting up in the UK belongs to them.
