Stelrad hosts 2026 Attendance Awards

Stelrad

Stelrad Radiators hosted its Attendance Awards on Friday 6 March to celebrate its team members with a 100% attendance record during the past year gather.

Since these awards were first celebrated back in 2010, the company reported that there has consistently been over 90 people qualifying for these awards.

According to Stelrad, 92 employees qualified in 2025 out of a possible 173 in total. That’s 53% of the workforce across the business. The Attendance Awards are therefore not only a celebration of individual commitment, it noted, but also a fitting start to a milestone 90th year for the company.

The winners will all receive an award of shopping vouchers. There will be additional prizes of larger gift cards and an additional two holiday days for two winners. The company said that everyone was invited to the lunch and was a part of the annual celebrations.

Debbie Ward, HR manager, said: “This annual awards day has become an important part of our year, celebrating the excellent attendance figures we see here at Stelrad. When more than 50% of employees manage to be at work every day of the year without taking time off for sickness or any other reason, it shows we have first and foremost a very healthy workforce but also a happy one that genuinely enjoys coming to work to support the company and their fellow workers.

“This is a really important day in the calendar for the business, and we would like to say a big thank you to all our loyal staff for the efforts they make to be at work for as many days of the year as they can. 100% attendance is quite a feat and the fact that more than 90 of our team manage it is something of which they – and we – can be rightly proud!”
