PipeSnug enters the Den

Dragons’ Den will next week feature a household industry name developed by a bricklayer and builder.

Viewers can tune into BBC One at 8pm on 31st March to see PipeSnug founders Chris Burdett and Alex Lever’s feature on the show.

Chris and Alex face Dragons Touker Suleyman, Sara Davies, Deborah Meaden, Peter Jones and Steven Bartlett in an attempt to secure investment for their products.

“We are nervous but excited about facing the Dragons but we have prepared meticulously for the pitch and we are totally confident in our product and the time and money it saves,” Alex said beforehand. “We hope they see the opportunity PipeSnug offers and we can get at least one of them to say ‘I’m in’.”

PipeSnug forms an airtight seal against the wall where pipes enter and exit a building.

It is described as the only pipe seal that provides an all-in-one solution to meet Part L’s requirement to seal around pipework inside and outside a building without the need for sealant, mortar or air sealing tape.
