Pimlico appoints Mark Bridges as CEO following acquisition by Neighborly

The Pimlico Group, formerly known as Pimlico Plumbers, has announced the appointment of Mark Bridges as its new CEO.

Mark, who joins from Domestic & General, has ambitious plans for The Pimlico Group, following its acquisition in September 2021 by Neighborly, a US home services group.

Under Mark’s leadership, priorities for 2022 include investing in a new, more sustainable, fleet of vans and growing The Pimlico Group’s customer offering for planned home improvement, a statement said.

He said: “I’m looking forward to leading such a renowned and trusted brand as The Pimlico Group. Over the last 40 years, Pimlico has established itself as the industry leader in providing unrivalled services to its residential and commercial customers in Greater London, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

“Working alongside the exceptional team at Pimlico, I am focused on delivering the business’s exciting growth plans across all our servicing and maintenance trades while remaining true to our founding principles of putting customers first. This includes a commitment to enhance our offering across both planned project and emergency work.

“With Neighborly’s backing, investment in the technology and infrastructure will provide all our stakeholders with the support needed to continue delivering the premium and efficient service The Pimlico Group has become known for.”
