Heatrae Sadia has announced the creation of a dedicated Megaflo Rewards account management team, formed to support installer use of the brand’s recently launched loyalty platform.

Covering the UK, the team will be focused on ensuring installers are making full use of Megaflo Rewards, providing support and guidance on every aspect of the scheme.

Central to this will be guiding installers through the different features of the platform, from priority call out and technical help to easy warranty registration and annual service reminders.

The team, headed up by Ashley Langran, includes two new members of the Heatrae Sadia family. Tom Cox has joined to look after the Midlands, while Kevin Fossey manages the Southern Home Counties and South London. Rory Fenton, who has been with the company for a year, will look after North London, the Northern Home Counties and East Anglia.
