Neoperl UK has been awarded ‘Manufacturer of the Year’ at the Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce Business Awards 2022.
The award was presented at a prestigious evening of celebration at the University of Worcester Arena.
Sponsored by Karndean Flooring and hosted by Comedian Rhys James, 700 guests attended from businesses across the two counties.
The Manufacturer of the Year category, sponsored by OGL software solutions, was awarded to a business that has excelled in this sector, covering all aspects of the manufacturing process including product design, testing, development, marketing, sales and overall business performance.
“We were up against strong competition, which made the win even more special,” said Kevin Gates, MD of Neoperl UK, pictured 2nd in from the left. “But the team at Neoperl UK has worked hard and smart, especially over the recent pandemic period, to maintain our supply of raw materials and keep the business functioning to satisfy higher orders than usual and largely maintaining our target 2-week lead times. Awards like this recognise all this hard work and are a great team motivator. We were delighted with the win and I’m proud of everyone in the team.”
