Kohler Mira raises £1,500 for charity

As part of its ongoing support for Cancer Research UK, staff at Kohler Mira staged a football fun day at Cheltenham Town FC to raise funds for the charity.

A combination of penalty shoot-out competitions and an intra-company 11-a-side tournament – accompanied by sweet and cake stalls, sideshows and lots of kids’ activities – saw a thumping £1,500 landing in the back of the net.

Only in April, the culmination of the company’s 2016-2017 fundraising effort for the charity saw it hand over a cheque for £92,000; and the fun day total gets this year’s campaign off to a flying start.
