Ideal Heating has announced the next chapter of its Premier Club trip, with Thailand confirmed as the destination for 2028.
The announcement follows the Premier Club 2026, where installers experienced a five-day, dual destination trip across Los Angeles and Los Cabos.
Enrolment for Premier Club 2028 is officially open through Connect, with qualification starting from July. Any new installers looking to enrol just need to create an account and register their interest. Further details on qualification criteria, points structure and trip experiences will be released in the coming months.
Carrie Young, marketing director at Ideal Heating, said: “Coming straight off the back of Premier Club 2026, the energy across the installer community has been incredible. The feedback we have had has been phenomenal, and it is exactly why we have moved quickly to announce what is next.

Installers will be able to earn points through Ideal’s Connect loyalty scheme, across a wide range of products including boilers, heat pumps and smart controls.
