Stelrad Radiators has been named supplier partner of the year for 2019 by Graham The Plumbers’ Merchant.
Stelrad supplies a wide range of radiators for the heating sector via the merchant and has invested heavily in its sector leading logistics organisation that ensures that more than 99% of all radiator orders are completed and delivered with 72 hours of orders being placed, a statement said.
Stelrad’s national sales director David Bainbridge said: “Winning awards is always wonderful and to win one that recognises the excellence of our operation is even better. It’s great to win an award from a company that has as high standards as we have ourselves, and who recognise that we put the customer first and do everything we can to meet the specific requirements of the customer not just once or twice a year, but in the case of Graham, every day of every year.
“We’re grateful for the award and delighted that it highlights the quality of the business relationship we have managed to develop with them over many years, but in particular during 2019 when Graham has undergone something of a transformation as a business. We’ve been proud to support those changes.”
