Develop Training opens its sixth training centre

Provider of compliance, technical and safety training, Develop Training, has opened the doors to its sixth training centre in Brentwood, Essex.

The new Brentwood-based centre is situated in the rural setting of Codham Hall and ran its first course, Gas Distribution for Managers, at the start of February.

With centres opening in Birmingham, Ashford and Norfolk, and both the York and Derby centres undergoing extensive refurbishment, 2022 was expected to be one of the busiest years in the company’s 50-year history.

Matthew Gray, head of operations & training, said: “Develop Training is the UK’s leading provider of compliance, technical and safety training. Despite the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic over the last two years, we are continuing to grow and are set to rapidly expand our nationwide training provision throughout 2022. We are really looking forward to seeing our customers enjoy the benefits of all of our latest developments.

“Our new centre in Brentwood is in the perfect location for those based in and around the London and Kent areas. The Gas Distribution for Managers course is the first in a wide variety of training Develop will be delivering from this centre covering a diverse course offering from mains gas, electric and water to streetworks (NRSWA) and confined spaces. This is an exciting time for Develop Training and we are committed to ensuring we’re able to offer training of the highest quality in locations that are convenient for our clients.”
