CORGI HomePlan gear up for winter

corgiCORGI HomePlan is gearing up for the big winter switch-on with a raft of new resources to help its network of over 5,000 Gas Safe Registered local engineers ahead of the big freeze.

A collection of ‘how-to’ videos, including bleeding radiators and repressurising the boiler, shows consumers and CORGI HomePlan customers how to remedy a fault at home and when it’s time to call in the experts.

The videos are available for CORGI HomePlan engineers to share with their customers too, providing an extra resource of help should customers want it.

The resulting mini films are now available on Youtube and Vimeo, but can also be found on the new customer website: https://www.corgihomeplan.co.uk/films

With over 400,000 CORGI HomePlan policies in the UK, extremely high service and gas safety standards is crucial. So CORGI HomePlan only work with local Gas Safe Registered businesses and tradesmen, who are all vetted in-house to achieve this high standard.

Mark Leslie, chief executive officer of CORGI HomePlan, said: “As the winter weather approaches, more problems occur. Handy demo videos allows us to minimise stressful situations and help customers know their limits when dealing with radiators or boilers. This ensures they stay safe and happy which is our job. It also helps our engineers to have a more predictable work flow to maximise their own commercial return.
“Becoming part of the CORGI HomePlan network provides independent tradesman with year round work and gives the customer the confidence of engaging with a national brand known for its commitment to gas safety.”
