To celebrate its new Baxi 800 range the UK boiler manufacturer has announced the results of a competition giving people a chance to win their “moment of joy”.
The competition launched on Twitter with the hashtag #MomentOfJoy, asking for the public to share what they would consider a moment of joy. With hundreds of responses, three entries were selected at random.
The first winner had tweeted that she would love to meet a penguin in real life. To make her wish come true, Baxi Heating organised for her to visit a local safari park to enjoy a personal encounter with the penguins.
For some, a more relaxing experience was what would be truly appreciated. Tweeting that a good book, bubble bath and snacks would be ideal, Baxi’s second winner was invited for a special bookshop experience, spending a morning selecting all the books she could carry. In addition to this, Baxi Heating also delivered a fruit hamper, some relaxing bubble bath and a cosy dressing gown.
The final winner entered the competition by letting Baxi know what a big fan of trains her young son is and how much she loves to spend time with him. Baxi booked tickets on a magical Christmas steam train experience and the winner’s young son received a Lego Hogwarts Express train.
