The discounted support on offer ranges from Foundation support where assistance and guidance is delivered via email and telephone, through to an onsite audit which includes a bespoke action plan. A document policy pack can also be purchased at a discounted price which includes usable documents and contracts, to assist APHC member companies transition to compliance.

John Thompson, CEO at APHC, said: “Companies need to act now to establish what data they hold, where it is stored, who can access it and whether they have the correct permissions to hold and use the data. The next step in to then ensure that all current and new data will be dealt with in accordance with GDPR.”
