Combined with the technical knowledge and customer service delivered from Alpha’s UK base in Kent, the company added that this approach has earned the company an ‘Excellent’ Trustpilot rating and more than 7,000 five-star reviews.
As the transition to low-carbon heating solutions gathers pace, the company said it will continue to invest in products, training and support to help installers meet changing customer needs with confidence.
Alpha still supplies a comprehensive range of boilers for domestic and commercial settings. For those adding renewable heating solutions to their offering, the portfolio now offers low-carbon range, including the Rapax heat pump water heater and the Gotha and UE Multi air-to-air heat pumps.
These are complemented by a wider range of air source heat pumps and hybrid heating options, including the Magis M and Magis M Top, the Hydro packaged heat pump solution and the E-Tec Hybrid.
Alongside product innovation, Alpha provides free heat pump installation training, access to the MCS Umbrella Scheme and technical assistance throughout the customer journey.
