Peter has been instrumental in creating HomeServe Alliance’s Connected Homes programme, most recently launching www.smartinstallers.co.uk, the installer website for advice, guidance and products in the smart controls space. The website offers independent installers discounted products, allowing them to compete with national providers.
Having started his career as an engineer, Peter has had over 20 years’ experience in customer centric businesses across technology, customer service, strategy, operations and field service.
Peter’s experience includes director roles at Dixons, managing operations and the claims centre at HomeServe and running product, technology, customer support and operations at Rated People.
Peter is focused on ensuring that the heating and plumbing industry stays technologically up to date and is passionate about the future of connected homes and the potential growth and development in this sector.
