What should installers be doing to strengthen their offering in the credit crunch?

It is key that installers continue to train during a tough economy. In addition to finding out about products fresh onto the market, installers can learn more about topics such as industry regulations and renewable energy solutions.

This can present opportunities to expand the services offered to end-users and in turn make installers more resistant to the current economic climate.
