Altecnic, part of the Caleffi Group, has announced the opening of its new premises, Francesco House in Stafford, UK.

The investment in Francesco House follows a period of sustained expansion for Altecnic. Located near Junction 14 of the M6 motorway, the company said the new premises provides improved transport access..

The new site has significantly expanded warehousing and assembly space. Altecnic added that this enables it to better serve its trade, OEM and specification customers while accommodating future business growth. All Altecnic staff have relocated to the new facility.

The company stated that Francesco House has integrated energy-efficient renewable energy sources and sustainable building materials. The building has achieved a BREEAM A rating. Additionally, Altecnic said it has reused building materials, upcycled office furniture to reduce waste and reused lighting in the warehouse.

Francesco House has a modern canteen, open-plan office areas along with learning and development spaces.
